Wayne Russell
Business owner
Wayne Russell, owner of WR Services has over 15 years experience in heavy plant and machinery. Wayne is very passionate to create and maintain long lasting client relationships. Wayne is City and Guilds qualified in HGV maintenance and repair, this gives him a great understanding of pneumatics, electronics and mechanical systems. Wayne's passion to learn more lead to him extending his knowledge and experience across a wide range of machinery and equipment. In 2021 Wayne built a connection with Mecamarc in France to become a UK agent for there product, since then Wayne has built connections with Oeno Concept to become a UK agent this also links him with many other machinery providers in France such as TDD and TR Equipment.

Pete Ewing
Engineer
Pete joined WR Services in 2022. His background in commissioning and de commissioning recycling equipment made him a good fit for the team, Pete is very good at bringing large machines into small spaces which is something WR challenges on a weekly basis. Pete also has background in agriculture working on the family orchard evenings and weekends, he has a passion for the English wine industry and is a true asset to WR Services. working with in the recycling industry and agriculture lead him to develop many valuable skills witch include welding and fabrication, mechanical, hydraulic and phnematic knowledge, he will be adding to this skill set with his F gas certification to support our clients cooling system needs in 2023.
